Refund policy

Thank you for your order from Raffaello Rossi US, Inc.. All items have been thoroughly inspected and ship with care. If you do need to return an item, please email a return or exchange request to denise@raffaellorossi.us or call 541-261-4358

• Returned merchandise MUST be in its original condition with tags attached.
  
• Returned merchandise that has been worn, washed, have odors, or are altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
  
• In order to be reimbursed for returned merchandise, the item(s) must be sent back to Raffaello Rossi no more than 10 days after the date of the original purchase.
